Job Description:

与销售团队紧密合作，为客户提供售前支持和技术解决方案负责研究客户需求、环境和挑战，能够为客户提供ICT解决方案设计和实施与客户合作，帮助他们在整个 IT 基础架构中构建技术解决方案参与准备招标文件和提案、RFP、RFI。管理、控制和协调项目进度和实施，确保项目按时完成与合作伙伴/供应商合作，为配置/故障排除提供二级现场支持

Requirements:

At least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computing or equivalent with at least 4 years working experience in IT industry Strong communication, interpersonal and presentations skills are required, able to speak and written fluent English and Mandarin Possess strong knowledge with a broad range of skills in all facets of IT Experienced in Firewall, Router, Switch, Server basic config Certification with Cloud, Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet or competitive vendor technologies Experienced in large ICT projects in telecom sector is a plus.
