This position is based in Jesselton Point.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a sector of the Group’s Hospitality & Tourism related Sales initiatives.
• Ensures that all sales activities under your charge are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members, and provides the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
• Responsible to plan, organize, and coordinate the Hospitality Sales functions under your charge. This will include, but is not limited, to core areas such as management reporting, coordinating events/functions with the operations team, coordinating sales with agents/business partners, customer relations, canvassing/developing new customers/business partners, market intelligence, achieving objectives and any related business/sales initiatives.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Sales, Business Studies / Management, Hospitality / Tourism Management, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years (s) of working experience in the Hospitality Sales industry is required for this position.
