仪表工程师 Instrumentation Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the normal operation of instruments and meters in the area of ​​responsibility, familiar with the operation principles and maintenance methods of DCS, PLC and other automatic control systems in the area where they belong, and in the event of equipment failures or hidden dangers of instruments, instruments (control systems), the first time Report to the superior leader, and organize personnel to conduct maintenance in a timely manner under the leadership's instruction;
2. According to the maintenance standards and equipment operating conditions, formulate planned maintenance and primary and secondary maintenance plans for electrical and instrument equipment, and organize and urge employees to complete various daily maintenance and planned maintenance;
3. Responsible for supervising and verifying equipment inspections (daily, weekly, monthly), special inspections, pain points and other inspections of employees in their respective areas, guiding the formulation of safety technical plans for instrument maintenance, shutdown and start-up, and inspecting and supervising the implementation of the plans;
4. Responsible for the establishment of instrument operation files, the establishment and arrangement of instrument technical files, drawings, and measuring instrument accounts, and timely backup and update of DCS, PLC system software, application programs, etc., to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system;
5. When there is a sudden failure of the instrumentation equipment and control system or an emergency situation occurs in the production, they can arrive at the site as soon as possible, and organize employees to carry out emergency maintenance work;
6. Strictly implement the requirements of the safety operation procedures to ensure personal safety and production safety in the responsible area;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Job Qualifications:
1、Educational background: Diploma or above.
2、Master the basic principles of DCS and PLC;
3、Proficiency in the use of commonly used office software, Auto CAD and other drawing programming software;
4、Familiar with the working principle and parameter setting of temperature, pressure, flow and other instruments.

岗位职责：
1、负责责任区域内仪器、仪表正常运行，熟悉掌握所属区域内DCS、PLC等自控系统运行原理及维保检修方式，发生仪表、仪器（控制系统）设备故障或出现隐患时，第一时间汇报上级领导，在领导的指示下及时组织人员进行检修；
2、根据维保标准及设备运行状况制定电仪类设备计划性检修及一二级保养计划，组织并督促员工完成各项日常检修和计划检修；
3、负责监督和核查所属区域内员工的设备巡检（日、周、月）、专检、痛点等检查，指导仪表检修、停工、开工安全技术方案的制定，对方案执行情况进行检查监督；
4、负责建立仪表运行档案，对所辖的仪表技术档案、图纸资料、计量器具台帐的建立和整理，及时对DCS、PLC系统软件、应用程序等进行备份更新，确保系统安全可靠运行；
5、仪器仪表类设备及控制系统出现突发故障或生产出现突发状况时能够第一时间抵达现场，组织员工开展应急维修工作；
6、严格执行安全操作规程各项要求，确保负责区域内人身安全和生产安全；
7、完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。

任职资格：
1、教育背景：大专及以上学历
2、掌握DCS、PLC的基本原理；
3、熟练使用现常用办公软件、Auto CAD等制图编程软件；
4、熟悉温度、压力、流量等仪表工作原理和参数设定。
