Job Responsibility

  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • Observe and assess each child's individual progress, strengths and areas for improvement
  • Develop lesson plans and activities
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians
  • Maintain accurate records of children
  • Organize and participate in daycare events

Job Requirements

  • Passion for working with children
  • Diploma in Psychology, TESL, Education, or a related field (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good command of spoken English
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • Able to build strong rapport with both students and parents
