Job Summary

  • To develop and implement standardized workflows, establish guidelines for communication channels, obtain relevant certifications, monitor inter-departmental process flow, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Job Description

  • Analyze existing departmental processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement standardized workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish guidelines for communication channels to enhance collaboration and streamline information flow.
  • Guide the organization through the certification process for 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO22000, ISO 9001, and other relevant certifications.
  • Monitor inter-departmental process flow and identify areas for integration and improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to implement process changes and improvements.
  • Provide training and support to staff members on new processes and procedures.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with established procedures and identify areas for further improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional process improvement projects, working closely with teams from different departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and workflow diagrams.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to departmental process owners, empowering them to take ownership of their respective workflows and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in business process management, incorporating relevant innovations into our organization's processes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology solutions for process automation and optimization.
  • Facilitate process-related training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Act as a change agent, championing a culture of continuous improvement and fostering a mindset of innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.
  • Serve as a liaison between the business process management team and other functional areas of the organization, facilitating communication and alignment on process-related initiatives.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
  • Process Improvement Methodologies: Understanding of various process improvement frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S, and the ability to apply these methodologies to drive efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and other quality management systems.
  • Business Process Mapping: Familiarity with process mapping techniques and tools to visualize and document workflows effectively.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to assess process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Able to work in Taman Pelangi Indah, Ulu Tiram Johor Bahru.
