Human Resource

1. To support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relation, industrial relations, performance management, staff welfare, compensation and benefits, training and development and general administrative.
2. Manage and administrative of organization payroll, payroll processing, time management and leave management, and ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll activities.
3. To liaise with the government for legal and administration requirements. Equipped with Employment Act knowledge and ensure compliance with company policies and other regulations.
4. Maintain accurate HR records and documentations, such as employee files, contracts, policies.
5. To check and verify staff claims, ensure all staff claims are approved by the HOD before proceeding with payment processing.
6. Coordinate and organize corporate events, annual dinners, company trips etc.

Administration

1. Responsible for supporting company day-to-day administration and office support and fulfilling daily operation works.
2. Organize filing systems & manage documentation in proper record.
3. Prepare and follow-up on all documentation in relation to tenancy matters, including tenancy agreements, license agreements and other agreements as required.
4. Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

1. Excellent in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and possess good numerical and analytical skills.
2. Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
3. Excellent command of written and oral communication.

Location: Eco City KL

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 10am - 7pm
