We need full time excellent welder for TIG, MIG, ARG, ALLU

We are hiring welders Fresh or experienced candidates for our organization. We prefer the person able to welding mig, tig and etc. With that, we expected the person can able to use measuring according to the drawing given. The welder should able to do frames in very precise and with the scope of their jobs. Also they must do in S/Steel polishing
Perform welding and fitting tasks on a variety of materials, following precise specifications and instructions.
Fabricate, assemble, and install structures according to engineering plans and blueprints.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate completion of projects.
Inspect and maintain welding equipment and tools to ensure safety and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the fabrication process.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Welder, Fitter, or in fabrication structures.
Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC) and familiar with different types of metals.
Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Knowledge of fabrication processes, measurements, and layout techniques.
Solid understanding of safety protocols and practices in a workshop environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
