Strengthening dealers' operations to increase revenue and efficiency while focusing on customer satisfaction and ease of vehicle ownership experience.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate dealers' sales performance by compiling performance reviews in order to ensure the teams have a clear direction on the business KPIs
Assist dealers in achieving targets and ensure all directions or activities are complied with according to UMW Toyota policies
Providing constructive feedback to dealers to recognise excellent performance and to develop areas of improvement
Support dealers in campaigns and promotions
Drive strategies to increase dealers' revenue and profit
Manage and ensure compliance with dealers' standard operating procedures
Reviewing guidelines and providing recommendations to the management when necessary
Identify training to encourage dealers to develop skills and enhance job performance
Drive continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 2 years in related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome
Excellent verbal and written business communication
Analytical mindset and problem—solving skills
Good time management and organisational skills
Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations
Leadership and decision—making ability
Willing to travel on a regular basis
