Summary:


Strengthening dealers' operations to increase revenue and efficiency while focusing on customer satisfaction and ease of vehicle ownership experience.


Responsibilities:




  • Evaluate dealers' sales performance by compiling performance reviews in order to ensure the teams have a clear direction on the business KPIs




  • Assist dealers in achieving targets and ensure all directions or activities are complied with according to UMW Toyota policies




  • Providing constructive feedback to dealers to recognise excellent performance and to develop areas of improvement 




  • Support dealers in campaigns and promotions




  • Drive strategies to increase dealers' revenue and profit




  • Manage and ensure compliance with dealers' standard operating procedures




  • Reviewing guidelines and providing recommendations to the management when necessary 




  • Identify training to encourage dealers to develop skills and enhance job performance




  • Drive continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency




Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline




  • Minimum 2 years in related fields




  • Fresh graduates are welcome 




  • Excellent verbal and written business communication




  • Analytical mindset and problem—solving skills




  • Good time management and organisational skills




  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations 




  • Leadership and decision—making ability




  • Willing to travel on a regular basis
