Advertising Assistant

1. Must have a Driving License.

2. Strong Communication Skills –can speak Chinese will be an added advantage.

3.Constantly monitor potential clients for brochure listings to achieve targeted income and maximize slot occupancy.

4.Research and report to PIC on competitive travel agents/tourism or any brochure advertisement-related company with research visits and word of mouth from multiple local communities in the industry within the geographical and catchment areas of the brochure.

5. Conduct research to identify potential advertisers interested in advertising brochures.

6. Approaching a targeted number of prospective clients per week to generate leads and meet with potential clients to display versions of brochures that interest them.

7.Visiting places for research and ensuring information on brochures is well updated.

8. Assist our client in providing any necessary information to be enlisted in the future advertisement brochure.

9.Ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines

10. Maintain up-to-date marketing collateral, including advertising rate cards, brochures, and promotional materials, to support sales efforts.

11. Identify and explore opportunities for external partnerships and collaborations to enhance the reach and effectiveness of brochure advertising.
