Executive / Senior Executive, Sales (JB Branch)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinated and executed all import and export sales & marketing-related tasks and at the same time responded to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• To manage, monitor and coordinate all sales-related activities pertaining to import shipments such as:
• Customer visitation & follow-up action.
• CRM planning & visit report.
• Monthly report on trades assigned.
• Monitoring of trade performance to meet budget set.
• Adhoc report/target list/ statistics as per required by HQ / principals.
• To liaise closely with customers, shipping agents & principals.
• Customer follow-up activities including rate negotiation, filing, service introduction, and CNF sales lead.
• Re-activate lost accounts
• Updating market scenario on weekly meeting / t-con to the management & principal.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline with 3-6 years of working experience in sales preferably in shipping, freight forwarder, or logistics industry.
• Those without qualifications but with a proven track record in shipping, freight forwarder, and logistics are encouraged to apply.
• Persuasive and results-oriented, analytical, resourceful, and able to work in a highly dynamic environment.
• Customer oriented, meticulous, and well-organized.
• Pleasant personality with good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and be a good team player.
• Willing to travel and has own transport.
