Job Responsibility

  • Achieving Sales Target

  • Ensure market in intelligence are properly gathered in a swift accurate manner

  • Maintaining and creating good relationship with all stakeholder , especially Developers and architects

  • Making sure company’s profitability target is achieved

  • Negotiation with company’s interested terms of profitability long term sales effects and short term business goals

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

  • Undertake other sales, marketing and business development duties specified by Management from time to time.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing or Business or any equivalent professional qualification .

  • With previous working experience work in as sales representative , consistently meeting or exceeding targets .

  • Team player, strong analytical skills.

  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written English or other .

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge in RM Management.
