Full time Full dayi. To check daily attendance and overtime hours to facilitate payroll processing.
ii. To update HR records (Annual Leave, Staff movement, headcount, vehicles allocation).
iii. Responsible for the general clerical duties such as filing documentation, maintain and update filing, mailing and database systems, either manually or using a computer preparation of correspondence letter.
iv. Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
v. Assist in employee welfare activities and programs.
vi. Assist in monthly payroll administration.
vii. To monitor cleaner day-to-day activities, and maintain office stationery, uniforms stock level.
viii. Handle day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for administration processes.
ix. Undertake any ad-hoc tasks/projects pertaining to Human Resources and Administrative duties as and when required.
