Job Description:
Available positions as below:
1. Conveyancing Executive/ Clerk
i) Mainly handle Real Estate Property/Land related Transactions
ii) With or without experience (Experience is an added advantage)
iii) Responsible, initiative, self-motivated, committed, willing to learn, able to work independently with good & positive working attitude.
2. Pupillage/ Chambering Student - JB
Motivated Lawyer to handle the either of the followings:
i) General conveyancing (developer project & sub-sale)
ii) Will & Trust
Candidates are expected to have good communication skills. Trainings will be provided.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A personality with courage, optimistic and high social proficiency skill will be an added advantage.
Able to communicate in mandarin will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationship with clients.
Able to work independently (not applicable to Pupillage/Chambering Student position) and work with high degree of professionalism and integrity.
Responsible, positive and open minded, self-motivated and multitasking.
