Job Description:
- Responsible for the hiring process, on-boarding and staff personnel file
- Identify, attracting and sourcing the right talent for every level of current and future open roles of the property
- Work effectively with HR Manager and hiring managers on hiring requirement and status updates
- Optimise the use of all social media and hiring platforms on sourcing and create a strong/reliable talent pipeline for critical roles
- Actively participating in career fair and conduct walk-in interview
- Improve and increase the employer branding with educational institution, especially institution majoring in hospitality, develop relationship and collaborate with recruitment agencies
- Promoting diversity in hiring
- Work closely with candidates as to ensure hiring process done smoothly
- Alert with the market changes and make best use of the information for the benefit of the property
- Prepare hiring status report on weekly and monthly basis / as and when required
- Prepare and make analysis of current and future hiring plan
- Other duties as and when assigned
Skills Requirement:
- Proven work experiences as Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner preferable in hotel industry
- Clear understanding of business and roles - preparable have experiences in dealing with hotel industry
- Ability to identified and secured the right candidates
- Attention to details
- Good in verbal and written communication
