Job Responsibility
- Call potential clients to expand their customer base
- Explain the features of various policies
- Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
- Handle policy renewals
- Maintain electronic and paper records
- Help policyholders settle claims.
Job Requirements
- Muslim (Pray 5 times a day)
- Candidate must possess at least SPM (5 Credit Pass)
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- No experience is needed but candidates with sales, marketing and finance knowledge would be an advantage.
- Love meeting with new people and learning new things.
- A quick thinker and generous.
- Able to put oneself in client's shoes.
