We're Hiring: Accounts Assistant!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our startup company in Skudai, Johor. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have a solid understanding of accounting principles to support our financial operations.

Location: Skudai, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work from Office
Role: Accounts Assistant

What You'll Do:
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Support accounts payable and receivable processes
Bookkeeping & Reconciliations: Maintain accurate ledgers, perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Data entry and assist with audits
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
Manage invoicing and payment processing tasks

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
Experience in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
