  • Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with operations, engineering, commercial, and other teams to integrate AI capabilities into day‑to‑day tools and processes.
  • Benchmark External Advancements: Monitor and evaluate industry AI trends, bringing leading practices back into the organization.
  • Governance & Alignment: Oversee alignment with group-level AI initiatives, ensuring responsible AI use, compliance, and scalable deployment frameworks.
  • Innovation & Research: Lead proofs‑of‑concept, experiment with new methods, and ensure the organization remains at the forefront of AI adoption
