Make An Impact By
- Manages and controls installed systems for the firm to ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Coordinating with multiple teams to support testing, design validation, and implementation activities
- Ensures that systems and infrastructure are always available
- Facilitate between test software platforms, software applications, and system management software
- Executes troubleshooting and support tasks
- Evaluates current systems and give technical guidance to users
- Plans and executes system automation as needed for increased efficiency
- Collaborates with other experts to achieve high-quality outputs within the framework of the organization's rules, policies, and procedures
- Deals with work processes, optimization methodologies, and risk management tools in assigned projects
- Any other assigned task by supervisors
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system or network issues
- Working knowledge of Tableau and Power Automate
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well within a team
- Good communication and writing skills in English or billingual
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
