Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and frameworks using Python, Ansible, REST APIs, YAML, JSON, or similar tools
• Responsible for automate network configurations, device provisioning, compliance checks, and operational workflows
• Responsible for implement automated telemetry and logging solutions (e.g., ELK Stack, Grafana) to provide real-time visibility into network health
• Responsible for improve fault detection, incident response, and change execution through automation and orchestration
• Assist in troubleshooting automated workflows and network issues across routing, switching, firewall, wireless, and SD WAN domains
• Proactively checking network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Provide technical support as needed to maintain network operation objective
• Participate in an on-call (24x7) support rotation with other members of the NOC
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field / equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in related fields
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and EVPN
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries like Netmiko, NAPALM, and Nornir is a huge plus
• Hands-on experience with Ansible (playbooks/roles)
• Ability to work with structured data formats, such as JSON, YAML, and XML, as well as YANG models
• Expert-level use of Git for collaborative code management
• Ability to debug a failing script while simultaneously understanding how it impacts physical traffic flow
• Experience in a "DevOps" approach to networking and prioritizing documentation, testing, and repeatability
• Certifications in Cisco DevNet Associate/Professional and Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) is preferred
