About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate PMO to join the Digital PMO team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will provide essential support and coordination for digital projects, helping ensure smooth project execution and efficient operations within the Group Digital Office.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide support and coordination for the Digital PMO section, including project reporting, financial tracking, and resource management.
  • Manage designated internal operational initiatives under the guidance of the PMO.
  • Provide administrative and office support to the Group Digital Office.
  • Support logistics for digital communications and related initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation, tracking project progress, and preparing reports for management review.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in project coordination, administration, or PMO support is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is preferred.
