Responsabilitati
- Pregatirea si servirea bauturilor conform retetelor si standardelor stabilite
- Cunoasterea in detaliu a meniurilor de bar si oferirea de recomandari oaspetilor
- Inregistrarea corecta a vanzarilor si respectarea procedurilor de evidenta financiara
- Participarea la organizarea si desfasurarea evenimentelor si activitatilor F&B
- Gestionarea stocurilor, efectuarea inventarelor si mentinerea nivelurilor optime de aprovizionare
- Asigurarea pregatirii corespunzatoare a zonei de lucru inainte de serviciu (mise-en-place)
- Mentinerea standardelor ridicate de igiena, curatenie si siguranta
- Contributia la atingerea obiectivelor de calitate si performanta financiara ale departamentului
- Minimum 2 ani experienta ca Bartender sau intr-un rol similar in ospitalitate premium
- Cunostinte solide despre vinuri, bauturi spirtoase si cocktailuri
- Experienta anterioara intr-un mediu international reprezinta un avantaj
- Limba engleza fluent (scris si vorbit)
- Abilitatea de a lucra independent si de a gestiona perioade aglomerate
- Atitudine orientata catre vanzare si servicii de calitate
- Flexibilitate, rezistenta la stres si spirit de echipa
- Capacitate fizica buna si disponibilitate pentru activitate prelungita in picioare
- Profesionalism, standarde ridicate de igiena si prezentare personala
- Excelente abilitati de comunicare si orientare catre client
