One of centers set up in Malaysia, we call it BEST in KL (BEST stands for Business Expertise, Services & Technologies), provides financial services to 20 markets within North Asia & SAPMENA (South Asia Pacific, Middle East & North Africa).

Key Job Responsibilities

The Finance Master Data Expert is responsible for

• Processing of requests for creating, modifying, and blocking Finance Master Data (e.g. vendor master data, GL master data, cost centers, internal/investment orders, cost elements, generic materials, allocation cycles).
• Monitoring and active support to keep data integration between SAP and other L’Oréal systems (e.g. MySupplier, Compass, Tiger, Contact).
• Ensuring the necessary mapping, required for the correct flow of data.
• Analysis of data discrepancies between FI and CO modules in SAP.
• Following the L’Oréal Group Target Processes related to the Finance Master Data.
• Ensuring the process deadlines are respected (especially a Closing period). Monitoring and communicating potential risks.
• Participation in projects, related to the implementation of new solutions, tools and improvements.
• Keeping the Finance Master Data in high quality.
• Close cooperation with Group, Shared Service Center, IT and local retain organizations (e.g. Controlling, Accounting).
• Managing system access governance as champion (e.g. Blackline, SAP, Compass, ServiceNow).
• He / she reports directly to Finance Master Data Manager.
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• 4-6+ years total post-graduate work experience with time spent in Finance/Accounting Master Data, in a rapidly growing business (Big MNC or SSC experience will be an asset)
• SAP FICO working experience (SAP Master data role at least 4 years)
• Great Excel and Data Analytics skills
• Self-organized and detailed-oriented person
• Continuous improvement mindset (LSS knowledge will be an asset)
• Technical proficiency in Blackline, ServiceNow, SAP, and Compass is a significant plus.
• English – fluent spoken and written
