The Role
Senior Calibration Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for Malaysia plant wide in-house calibration activity (onsite/offsite).
- Responsible for calibrating in-house equipment and collaborate with HYD test development team on new calibration project correlation and data collection.
- Serve as the Malaysia calibration site audit lead for customer audits and ISO 9001/14001 certification and surveillance audits.
- Ensure proper facilities are available for new equipment calibration support.
- Liaise with the team to improve in-house calibration capability. Able to develop and implement calibration procedures independently with minimal supervision.
- Compliance with ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree holder in Engineering – Electronic, Electrical or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in calibration will be an advantage.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of calibration metrology and SOP requirements.
