About the Role:

This is a hands-on development role within the Capacity Management team, sitting under the broader Data & Business Intelligence function. The successful candidate will design, build, and maintain capacity management reporting tools and applications, serving as a key technical point of contact for internal stakeholders. The role suits a developer with strong analytical instincts, a service-oriented mindset, and a genuine interest in driving data-driven decision-making within a large-scale enterprise environment.

Tech Stack:

• BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tool)
• Python
• SQL

What you will do:

• Design and develop capacity management reports and tooling using BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tool).
• Own the ongoing functionality, maintenance, and quality assurance of internally developed capacity management applications and reports.
• Provide guidance and advisory support to internal customers on the effective use of self-developed tools and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout project and support cycles.
• Contribute to software lifecycle management practices, including documentation, version control, and change management activities.

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in application and report development.
• Solid understanding of capacity management processes and their business context.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and documenting tools and reports to a high standard.
• Advanced proficiency in building BIRT reports.
• Good working knowledge in Python and SQL.
• Strong grasp of software lifecycle management principles and practices.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
