About The Role
We are seeking detail-oriented and resilient individuals to join our Trust & Safety team as a Content Moderator – Mandarin. In this role, you will help create a safer online environment by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it complies with community standards and platform policies.
As a Content Moderator, you will review, classify, and take appropriate action on content that may include sensitive, offensive, graphic, or disturbing material. You will be responsible for maintaining content quality standards while meeting productivity and accuracy targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, assess, classify, and moderate user-generated content according to established policies and guidelines.
- Identify and remove content that violates platform standards, including inappropriate, harmful, or prohibited material.
- Apply moderation policies consistently and accurately while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy KPIs.
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the appropriate teams following established procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of customer and platform information.
- Participate in ongoing training and policy updates to stay current with platform requirements.
- Monitor and respond to internal communications and operational updates.
- Adhere to all company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
Education
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Mandarin: Minimum C1 proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- English: Minimum B2 proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
- Experience in content moderation, customer service, back-office operations, data processing, or other target-driven environments is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience working under KPIs and productivity targets will be preferred.
- Content Moderation experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) with at least 90% accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong internet navigation and computer literacy skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Emotionally resilient and capable of reviewing sensitive, graphic, or disturbing content.
- Flexible and willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
