Immigration Client Representative

Principal Objective of Role
- Filing and compiling applications (visas, permit to land, work permit)
- Communicating with Clients
Key responsibilities and tasks
- Management of client emails
- Reviewing of documents.
- Prepare applications for filing and submission
- Co-ordination of immigration permit and visa entry
- Updating of reports and general data entry
- Co-ordinate and make payments for applications
- Co-ordinating of Meet and Greet
- Communicating with the Ministry of Home Affairs
- Filing of compliances
- Any other duties assigned
Qualifications and competencies
- Minimum of 5 subjects at CXC
- Minimum knowledge of immigration services
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
