Contract Executive

Job Summary

To assist Project Manager in managing contract administration for property development and renovation projects.

Job Description

• Assist in pre- and post-contract activities for property development and renovation projects.
• Support in tendering process including calling tenders, evaluating submissions, and preparing comparison reports.
• Assist in review, evaluate, and verify vendors quotations, progress claims, and payment certificates.
• Assist in prepare and manage contract documentation, variation orders, claims, and final accounts.
• Ensure contract terms, pricing structures, and deliverables comply with project requirements. Support cost estimation, budgeting, and monitoring of project expenditures.
• Assist in cost control and contract management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, internal project teams.
• Responsible and ensuring in keeping and maintaining project documents in good order at all times.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management.
  
  

Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Contract Management / Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in contract administration or quantity surveying in the property development or construction industry.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Holding a valid driving license for site mobility.
