Corporate Sales Executive (Petaling Jaya)

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for corporate training and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions.

• Promote and sell public and in-house training programs to corporate clients across various industries.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR practitioners, Learning & Development teams, and key decision-makers.

• Advise clients on suitable HRD Corp claimable training solutions and ensure compliance with HRD Corp requirements.

• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract closing and after-sales support.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on industry trends, HRD Corp policies, and corporate training market developments.
