We are seeking a highly strategic and influential Regional Strategic Account Program Lead to support Schneider Electric’s Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) segment—our top global priority!
This is a senior leadership role focused on shaping and governing long-term strategic programs for key global accounts. Working closely with Strategic Account Executives (SAE), Regional Key Account Managers (RKAM), and executive stakeholders, you will drive alignment, visibility, and measurable value across a complex, global ecosystem.

Working closely with Strategic Account Executives (SAE), Regional Key Account Managers (RKAM), and executive stakeholders, you will drive alignment, visibility, and measurable value across a complex, global ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account vision and roadmap which is key importance
- Track and support growth initiatives defined by the SAE/RKAM, including customer requested opportunities and long-range development themes
- Account Enablement & Onboarding Leadership
- Influentially articulates the Strategic Account Executive’s defined strategy, translating it into a clear, compelling program account plan that communicates strategic direction, business impact, and partnership value to executive stakeholders, cultivating engagement and alignment
- Drive strategic business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) with strong insights, storytelling, and outcome alignment
- Build and manage digital dashboards, tools, and playbooks to enhance transparency, scalability, and consistency
- Enable cross-functional collaboration across sales, services, supply chain, and execution teams
- Oversee customer insights, risks, and growth initiatives, ensuring learnings are embedded into strategy and long-term plans
- 8+ years’ experience leading complex, multi-region programs or strategic initiatives
- Data Centre Knowledge: Foundational understanding of data centres and associated systems/equipment
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in executive, customer-facing environments
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with experience in account planning or transformation programs
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights
- Advanced digital fluency (dashboards, analytics, MS Suite/Smartsheet) and data-driven decision-making
- Experience working across global, cross-functional teams; data centre or digital infrastructure exposure is a plus
