Job Summary
- Manage and improve debit card product and remittance services through innovative CVP and great client experiences
- Build and lead the payment product deliverables in a fast-evolving payment landscape
- Launch and implement portfolio programs on payment usage and activation
Strategy & Business
- Define, manage and execute payment strategies
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to define client journey and specific country requirements
- Work closely with marketing, digital channel and sales teams to execute effective go-to market plans
- Review and improve operational processes to support the product and service journeys
- Leverage on payments capabilities to improve client activation, CASA stickiness and relationship deepening
- Drive simplification in processes to deliver better client experience and cost efficiencies

- Identify, mitigate, monitor and resolve risk issues
- Review product operations, client experience, client complaints to ensure operational issues are resolved
- Work closely with in-country Project Managers and Compliance, and regulators to ensure the retail payment agenda and requirements are met
- Ensure adherence to bank’s values; legal & compliance as top-of-mind during strategy and execution
- Ensure reporting requirements are met in a timely manner
