Job Description
Supplier Management:
- Management of the Third Party Logistic (3PL), Distributor and Co-packing operations.
- Management of the Freight Forwarder and Customs brokerage.
- All appointed transporter are compliance with quality agreement and other requirement.
- Supporting regional team on the new/renewal Contract and agreements.
- Monthly business/KPI’s review with distributor/3PL and Freight Forwarder and Customs brokerage.
Ensure overall processes are within guidelines and regulations and are in compliance with the standard area operating processes.
- Ensure Third Party Logistic (3PL)/distributor and Co-packing operations are always in compliance and pass yearly quality Audit successfully.
- All suppliers are complied with Due Diligent requirement.
- Trade Compliance - Ensuring DRI’s is following the standards and guideline.
- Ensure Warehouse and Distribution KPI’s are meeting target/budget.
- Ensure Suppliers/Vendors payment is prompt as per payment terms.
- Continuous improvement of Warehouse and Logistics processes to support the deliver superior Customer Service levels and drive operational excellence.
- Identify strategic opportunities to optimize warehouse/Logistics and delivery productivity levels, costs improvement process and etc.
