- Participate in an intensive bootcamp covering business analysis fundamentals, process mapping, and data analytics tools.
- Support requirements gathering, documentation (Business Requirement Documentation, user stories), and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyze business data and assist in developing reports and dashboards for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to ongoing business projects, including digitalisation and operational enhancements.
- Present insights, findings, and recommendations through structured reports and presentations
