Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Deployment PMO is responsible for driving execution, coordination, and control of telecom rollout projects, including 5G Private Network, fiber infrastructure, and smart city deployments. This role ensures projects are delivered on time by actively managing progress, resolving blockers, aligning stakeholders, and enforcing execution discipline across multiple rollout sites in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • End to End Project Execution & Control
  • Own tracking of deployment activities from site readiness through to final acceptance (PAC/FAC)
  • Maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and rollout dashboards
  • Drive execution progress across multiple sites to ensure delivery momentum
  • Site Readiness & Dependency Management
  • Coordinate with Site Acquisition (SAQ) teams on permits, approvals, and readiness
  • Track critical dependencies and proactively unblock issues impacting timelines
  • Escalate delays with clear impact and required actions


3. Vendor & Operational Coordination

  • Act as the central coordination point across field engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Track vendor deliverables, progress, and adherence to rollout plans
  • Ensure timely submission of work completion reports and supporting documentation


4. Documentation & Milestone Tracking

  • Own preparation and validation of PAC/FAC documentation and reports
  • Ensure completeness of as-built drawings, test results, and acceptance records
  • Track milestones linked to project completion, billing, and claim readiness


5. Reporting & Data Visibility

  • Produce accurate daily/weekly rollout reports and dashboards
  • Maintain data integrity across project tools and reporting systems
  • Provide clear visibility on progress, site readiness, risks, and issues
  • Risk & Escalation Management
  • Identify, track, and drive resolution of site delays, vendor issues, and deployment bottlenecks
  • Enforce follow-ups and ensure issues are resolved to closure
  • Escalate critical issues with impact analysis and recommended actions
  • Governance & Accountability
  • Enforce adherence to PMO processes, timelines, and reporting standards
  • Maintain structured, audit-ready project records
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders for missed timelines and deliverables


8. Cross Functional Support

  • Take ownership of gaps, undefined scope, or ad-hoc tasks required to move rollout forward
  • Adapt to changing priorities and evolving operational requirements
  • Support cross-functional coordination to ensure overall delivery objectives are achieved


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in telecom, cloud, or infrastructure, or project coordination.
  • Hands-on exposure to network deployment projects (fiber, RAN, or IT infrastructure) and multi-site rollout environments
  • Solid understanding of telecom deployment lifecycle, site acquisition (SAQ), permitting, and testing/acceptance workflows (PAC/FAC)
  • Strong project coordination and execution tracking capability, with ability to manage multiple sites and dependencies concurrently
  • Proficient in project management and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, MS Project, Planner) for tracking schedules, milestones, and reporting
  • High attention to detail with structured approach to documentation, reporting, and audit-ready record maintenance
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills across vendors, contractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to drive follow-through, resolve issues, and manage timelines under pressure in a fast-paced environment
