The Position
As a Digital Campaign Specialist in the Digital Campaigns Chapter in the Global Digital Hub, you play a crucial role in driving the end-to-end orchestration of campaign content delivery across all channels and request types. You ensure seamless coordination between global and local teams, and achieve consistent messaging throughout the organization. You contribute to global and local content delivery, promote the adoption of global content and templatization.
In this role, you act as a content production coordinator, as well as an advisor to support affiliates in achieving their content goals while aligning with Roche’s digital vision. You build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the affiliate network, serving as the first point of contact for questions, ideas, and challenges.

You are a proactive and skilled persona with a foundational background in coordinating content production and digital campaigns across various channels. You are adept at facilitating communication between global and local teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective content delivery. With a good understanding of the Life Science industry and its regulatory specific, your relationship-building skills enable you to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities
- Content production management: Drive the end-to-end orchestration of campaign and content delivery, across all channels and request types. Ensure delivery standards are met, and capture relevant feedback from stakeholders
- Content network facilitator: Initiate conversations between global and local teams to reflect needs, insights and learnings and achieve consistent messaging across the organization. Collaborate with the global brand engagement team on global/local content plans and reuse.
- Stakeholder Communication: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, revise digital campaign content requests accordingly, and ensure alignment with their expectations.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with the relevant stakeholders in the affiliate network by staying up-to-date with digital trends, industry innovations, and sharing best practices across affiliates
- Empower affiliates to achieve their content goals while aligning with Roche’s digital vision
- Support affiliates with content demand planning topics and integrate local demand forecast inputs into Roche's global demand planning methodology to ensure strategic alignment and readiness
- Report and advise: Collect insights on localisation progress. Engage with the global brand team to communicate key insights and recommendations

Further Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in content production, project management, or digital campaign management, with a focus on coordinating digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, content creation, and campaign management
- Experience working with the Australian market
- Familiarity with the Life Science industry, including key local compliance and regulatory concepts is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in facilitating collaboration between global and local teams
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a readiness to learn new systems as needed
- Experience in stakeholder management and incorporating feedback into content strategies
