Director Operations Planning & Controlling

Lead & Inspire a Global Workforce: Provide strategic leadership for the Cluster Project System Reporting (PSR) organization, overseeing four core functions: PMO & Project Teams, System & Digitalization, Factory Master Data Management, and AI Enablement.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead the Cluster Project System Reporting (PSR) organization, encompassing the Project Management Office (PMO) & Project Teams, System & Digitalization Team, Factory Master Data Management Team, and AI Enablement Team, while cultivating talent, driving succession planning, and building a world-class team capable of navigating global complexities.
• Drive digital transformation by eliminating dependency on manual spreadsheet-based processes, implementing scalable planning platforms, developing next-generation dashboards and reporting tools for real-time decision-making, and leveraging AI and automation to enhance speed, transparency, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure robust and integrated planning across key operational areas, including Volume Planning & Rolling Forecasts, Material Planning, Capital Resource Planning, and Production Start Planning, to support business objectives and operational performance.
• Define and enforce global governance standards for operational planning, business processes, and system workflows while harmonizing reporting structures and planning methodologies across all sites to ensure consistency, compliance, and effective execution of high-impact projects.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the BE OPC Planning Head by navigating a highly matrixed global organization and aligning stakeholders across Operations, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, and Planning to achieve shared business goals.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive leadership experience in semiconductor operations, planning, or digital transformation environments.
• Proven track record of managing diverse teams across multiple countries and time zones.
• Deep experience leading large-scale digitalization initiatives and modernizing legacy systems.
• Strong command of enterprise systems, analytics platforms, and data visualization tools.
• Demonstrated ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across complex global matrix organizations.
