Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Serve as an active member of the Business Intelligence Development Team
• Define, design, develop, and enhance business intelligence solutions
• Continuously improve reporting applications by leveraging various technologies such as Oracle, Hadoop, and Denodo
• Collaborate closely with management, application owners, key business stakeholders, and team members to deliver high‑quality global services
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including procedures for both routine and non‑routine tasks
• Flexibility to adjust working hours during critical periods to ensure timely delivery and support
• Participate in standby/on‑call rotations to provide critical support when required
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering or related domains
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL within Oracle Database environments (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data modelling techniques, and performance optimization
• Proven ability to write efficient, maintainable, and high‑quality code
• Experience in developing new solutions as well as enhancing and optimizing existing ones
• Working knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem (e.g., Spark, HDFS, YARN, MapReduce, Impala, Hive) is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality and accountability
• Hands-on experience in data warehousing and reporting projects
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and proactive, collaborative team player
