Position Summary

Responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services to the CxO. This role ensures punctual movement to meetings, official engagements, and other destinations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. The driver will also be responsible for the proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle, adherence to all traffic regulations, and proactive route planning to support seamless daily operations for the CxO and department.

Key Accountability

• Rules, safety and regulatory requirements - Compliance to rules, regulations and safety. Ensure timely renewal of driving license. Driving within set speed limits. Monitor expiry of vehicle road tax/insurance
• Monitor vehicle service requirements/schedule. Ensure vehicle is parked at appropriate/designated place at all times. Strictly no talking or texting on the handphone while driving
• Ensure all scheduled tasks are performed in an efficient and timely manner - Proficiency in driving and knowledge of routes. Perform routine checks on vehicle to ensure serviceability. On time pick up/drop off. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of vehicle
• Maintain confidentiality of information and documents - NIL leakage of information. Ensure confidential information is not shared with others Ensure documents left in the car are safeguarded Superior's movement and activities are kept confidential
• Administrative support to department - Willingness to assist with departmental/company activities. Completion of assigned tasks. To assist and complete administrative duties as and when assigned.
  
  

Qualification & Working Experience

• SPM/Diploma
• 10 years of driving experience, with minimum 3 years as a personal driver
  
  

Area of Experience

• Executive / personal driver services for senior management or VIPs
• Corporate driving within airport operations / logistics environment
• Safe driving practices and defensive driving, Route planning and traffic management and Vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
