About the Team: The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 2-year management associate program designed for passionate graduate talents to deep-dive into various business functions, pivotal to the e-commerce and digital financial services landscape at Shopee and Monee. GDP Associates will undergo 4 thoughtfully curated rotations across different business functions (including an overseas-based rotation), with each spanning 6 months. By the end of the program, you can expect to gain hands-on experiences in driving high-impact projects and possess a holistic view of the business through close mentorship and leadership exposure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
• Open to final-year and penultimate-year undergraduates who will be completing their degree studies in 2026 or 2027
• No more than 2 years of full-time working experience (as at application deadline)
• Available to join the program in 2027 (flexible start date)
