Assist branch manager/operations manager for overall branch operations and administration. Responsible for decentralization of services by actively promoting services to agencies and policyholders.

You'll Be Responsible For:
- Responsible for the back office operation support
- Decentralization of Policy Servicing(Non-Financial Policy Changes)
- Incoming and outgoing mail and document handling
- Handle daily collections and ensure accurate, timely system updates within the required turnaround time.
- Responsible for customer service support Manage walk-in, email, and internal enquiries while delivering quality service to agents and policyholders.
- To ensure compliance of FSA 2013 , branch SOPs, guidelines and policies issued by relevant bod
- To ensure upholding of operation initiative
- Provision of cooperation and support to fellow colleagues. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and adapt well to fast pace environment.
- Required skill(s) : Ms Excel , MS Powerpoint , MS Word
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
