Begin your journey in recruitment as aTalent Researcher! Partner with experienced consultants to source top talent for Singapore-based clients, engage with candidates, and develop practical skills across the full recruitment lifecycle. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

What You'll Do:
Source, identify, and engage top talent through various recruitment channels.
Collaborate with SG based consultants to understand clients' staffing needs
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify the best candidates
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Provide feedback and support throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build strong relationships with candidates and deliver a positive, professional recruitment journey.

What We're Looking For:
Any Bachelor's degree
Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
