Executive, Duty Free & Export

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join us as Executive, Duty Free & Export. In this role, you will support the smooth execution of export and duty-free operations, ensuring efficient coordination across sales, supply chain, and logistics partners. What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate customer orders and deliveries Manage purchase orders, prepare delivery schedules, and ensure timely execution for duty-free and export customers.
• Manage documentation and compliance Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and ensure all customs and export documentation are completed in compliance with requirements.
• Support sales planning and forecasting Work closely with Supply Chain to align production planning and stock releases based on forecast and demand.
• Oversee shipment and logistics coordination Liaise with freight forwarders and third-party logistics partners to arrange shipments, confirm bookings, and track delivery timelines.
• Monitor returns and inventory movements Coordinate product returns and track returnable assets such as empty kegs across locations.
• Support financial and collection processes Assist in tracking customer payments, monitoring credit status, and ensuring accurate documentation for finance-related matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales administration, shipping, or export-related roles
• Familiarity with customs documentation and export processes is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills
