Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new product trends and opportunities within the pet category.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on product quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
  • Assist in product selection and procurement activities for the assigned category.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to support demand forecasting and product allocation.
  • Ensure products comply with company standards and relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to support daily operations.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement-related reports and documentation.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or procurement would be an added advantage.
  • Basic analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
