WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Reporting to – Finance & Admin Specialist

A Typical Day In Your Role -

As a Finance & Admin Executive, your responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track outstanding customer invoices, ensuring timely collections to minimize bad debts.
  • Manage, update, and review the Accounts Receivable (AR) aging report.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, statements, and records for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage petty cash, issue purchase orders, and verify/approve vendor invoices.
  • Update stock price, reclass & write off inventory stock.
  • Perform legal checks and credit control for Darwin accounts.
  • Handle stakeholder queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities.
  • Support HR functions in the Shah Alam office, including staff benefits, commission and incentive calculations.
  • Provide administrative support for daily office operations, maintenance, and renewal works.
  • Manage office fixed assets
  • Coordinate office renovations project.
  • Participate in year-end stock take.
  • Undertake and support ad-hoc or new assignments as directed by the manager/functional manager

Requirement & Experience -

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP software is an added advantage.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to work independently, proactive, and results driven.
  • Experience working in multicultural and international environments.
