Reporting into Financial Planning and Analysis Director, we are searching for a team member to join us as Financial Planning & Analysis (Senior) Analyst.

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (Senior) Analyst to strengthen our regional finance organization and lead core FP&A topics across APAC, with close alignment to our Global headquarters and APAC senior management.
The position will be responsible for owning and developing regional KPI systems and reporting tools, including but not limited to budgeting and forecasting coordination, periodic management reporting, cost control and businesses analysis. The role will support business outcomes by steering and analyzing performance across APAC entities and by focusing on improving Controlling and financial reporting processes across the Group.
What you will be doing
- Financial stewardship of the region Asia and Pacific (APAC) covering multiple business units across Asia and Pacific (40+ production sites)
- Ensure effective coordination of budgeting, forecasting cycles, financial and statistical reporting
- Business analyses, comments, periodic and ad-hoc reporting towards APAC senior management and Global headquarter
- Support closing activities and ensure alignment with Group reporting standards
- Review of the business development of single APAC business units
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting tools
- Work on improving the data foundation and automation behind the regional FP&A department, ideally including supporting a transition to Tableau- and BI-based reporting
- Continuously develop, optimize, and enhance internal controlling tools, reporting structures, and financial processes
- Contribute to special projects, Global FP&A initiatives and transformation projects
- Mentoring and guidance of the regional Finance community in Controlling and Accounting issues
What we would love for you to have
1.Education & Experience
- Degree in business administration, finance, economics, or comparable field, ideally with focus on Finance or Controlling (FP&A)
- 4–7 years in Finance, FP&A, Controlling or related field
- Proven background working within multinational organization, ideally with production footprint
- Strong in reporting, planning, KPI systems, and business analysis
- Deep expertise in performance management, data analytics, process and reporting design, with strong cross‑cultural acumen
- Commercially minded and detail-oriented
2.Technical Knowledge:
- Advanced end‑to‑end P&L management expertise
- Regulatory & Standards knowledge of IFRS, balance sheet structure and their application to business operations
- Strong affinity for IT and technology
- Experience in working, analyzing and interpreting large datasets
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling is required
- Expertise in data warehouse applications, BI / reporting tools and SAP is an advantage
- Experience with digital tools and openness to implementing AI-driven solutions in financial processes
