- 担当事業・部門の事業計画策定および実行
- 事業KPIの設定、モニタリングおよび改善施策の推進
- 収益性向上およびコスト最適化に向けた施策立案
- 経営陣へのレポーティングおよび意思決定支援
- 部門メンバーの育成、評価およびパフォーマンス管理
- 組織体制の構築および強化
- 部門横断プロジェクトの推進
- チームエンゲージメント向上施策の実施
- 業務プロセスの改善および標準化
- 品質・安全・コンプライアンスの維持・向上
- 業務効率化および生産性向上施策の推進
- リスク管理および課題解決
- 社内外の関係者との関係構築および調整
- 顧客やパートナーとの重要案件対応
- 各種会議体の運営およびファシリテーション
≪応募条件≫
- 大卒以上
- ビジネスレベルの英語と日本スキル
- マレーシアの運転免許を保持者
- 関連業界での実務経験
- 通関士の資格等、関連資格保持者
