Overall Mission

The EDM Master Data Intern creates and maintains master data and monitors process to identify pro-actively potential delays. He/She is supporting continuous improvement, contributes to improve service levels in the business by making master data available in a timely and accurate manner.

Core Responsibilities

Daily activities

• Data Management – Vendor Master data creation and maintenance activities in the given service level.
• Basic issue resolution requests execution related Data Management.
• Run proactive monitoring and follow-up on activities related to the expected activities.
• Perform data quality checks and correction activities.
  
  

Process related activities

• Contribute to Master Data Projects & Change Requests.
• Propose process improvements utilizing idea management tool.
• Follow the daily task assignment provided by Manager or responsible person.
  
  

People and collaboration

• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners by phone or via email.
  
  

Your Professional Profile Includes

• Currently pursuing a University degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or any relevant discipline.
• Able to carry out 3-6 months internship (Preferably final‑semester students).
• Proficient in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
• Demonstrates self-awareness, customer focus, driven, eager to learn and responsible.
• MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tool.
• Strong numeracy and administration skills.
