Program Overview
Our Graduate Trainee (GT) programs are developed for specific business divisions and are uniquely tailored in collaboration with business leaders. The GT programs serve to develop subject matter experts within their selected divisions, with the aim of creating a holistic young banker at the end of each program. We are currently hiring Graduate Trainees for the Transaction Banking Department, under the Business & Corporate Banking Division.
Program Framework
The program consists of rotations across various departments within the division, supported by coaching from line managers. The first rotation includes onboarding, departmental attachment, and training including professional certifications. Training continues in the second and third rotations, along with project assignments and any further assessments that offer more opportunities to deepen your knowledge in your chosen program.
Eligibility and Requirements
We are seeking fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.2 or 2nd Class Upper (or equivalent). During the interview process, we will evaluate candidates based on the following criteria:
