We are a fast-growing apparel manufacturing company specializing in OEM garment production for local and international brands. Our product categories include Muslim wear, casual wear, activewear, uniforms, and corporate apparel. We are looking for a creative, proactive, and energetic individual to join our team and grow together with us.

Position Summary

The Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant will be responsible for creating marketing materials, social media content, product presentations, and supporting the company's branding and promotional activities. This role combines graphic design, content creation, and marketing coordination.

We seek candidates whose core expertise lies solely in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Proficiency in any other software or design areas is preferable, especially Canva Chatgpt, Claude, etc..

Your primary role is to create visual assets for marketing materials, digital graphics, corporate presentations, and branding, ensuring every output aligns with our brand identity and business goals.

Ideal candidates possess high self confidence and strong English & Chinese & Malay communication skills. The offered salary ranges from
RM 2,600 to RM 3,200 depending on experience and skill level.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials
• Create product catalogues, brochures, flyers, and company profiles
• Design exhibition booth graphics, banners, and event materials
• Prepare garment mock-ups, tech pack presentations, and product visuals
• Maintain consistency of company branding across all platforms

Marketing & Content Creation

• Assist in managing company Website product postings.
• Create engaging content for marketing campaigns
• Assist in photography and video shooting of products and company activities
• Coordinate and support exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events

Administrative Support

• Assist in preparing presentations for customers and business meetings
• Update marketing materials and product databases
• Coordinate with sales, production, and management teams on marketing projects

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or related field
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or video editing software is an advantage
• Familiar with social media platforms and content creation
• Good sense of design, layout, branding, and visual communication
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
• Experience in garment, fashion, apparel, or retail industry is an added advantage
