Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

Drive revenue growth and market share expansion for Maxis' Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment across the East Coast region. Direct regional sales teams to deliver tailored connectivity and digital solutions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while achieving commercial targets.

Job Description (Principal Accountabilities)

• Direct regional sales operations by setting clear performance targets and executing localized go-to-market plans to achieve revenue and subscriber acquisition goals.
• Cultivate relationships with key SMB clients and local business associations by conducting regular engagements to expand Maxis' market presence in the East Coast.
• Manage and develop a high-performing regional sales team by providing coaching, performance feedback, and training to ensure continuous improvement and target attainment.
• Oversee channel partner performance by establishing joint business plans and monitoring KPIs to maximize indirect sales contributions and partner profitability.
• Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities by gathering ground intelligence to recommend pricing adjustments and product bundles that meet local demands.
• Ensure operational compliance and sales quality by enforcing standard operating procedures and conducting regular audits to minimize churn and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Network, Customer Service) by facilitating regular alignment meetings to resolve regional operational issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
