Pozitie de supervizare in cadrul departamentului Housekeeping, responsabila de sprijinirea Executive Housekeeper in coordonarea operatiunilor zilnice si mentinerea standardelor ridicate de curatenie, igiena si satisfactie a oaspetilor.

Responsabilitati
- Monitorizarea nivelurilor de aprovizionare si gestionarea comenzilor saptamanale de materiale
- Inspectarea cabinelor, spatiilor publice si zonelor de depozitare pentru conformitate cu standardele de curatenie si siguranta
- Gestionarea solicitarilor si reclamatiilor oaspetilor, cu follow-up conform procedurilor
- Verificarea log-urilor, a planurilor de curatenie periodica si a documentatiei Public Health
- Coordonarea si motivarea echipei multiculturale pentru maximizarea productivitatii si satisfactiei
- Participarea la intalniri operationale si asigurarea respectarii KPI de calitate si financiari
- Supravegherea conformitatii cu politicile de siguranta, sanatate publica si MLC
- Minimum 2 ani experienta ca Assistant Chief Housekeeper sau pozitie similara in mediu premium
- Experienta in operatiuni maritime (500+ cabine) si coordonarea echipelor multiculturale
- Cunostinte solide privind politicile Public Health si proceduri sanitare
- Abilitati administrative avansate si competente PC (baze de date, spreadsheet, word processing)
- Limba engleza fluenta; alte limbi reprezinta avantaj
- Studii in Administratie/Management Hotelier – avantaj
- Orientare puternica catre oaspeti si standarde premium
- Abilitati excelente de leadership, coaching si organizare
- Capacitatea de a lucra sub presiune si program flexibil
- Atentie deosebita la detalii si standarde ridicate de igiena
- Profesionalism, imagine impecabila si respectarea procedurilor operationale
